Author: Montreal for new years eve is an excellent idea for those looking to experience the wildest NYE celebration in North America. While it may be cold outside this city is the champ when it comes to New Year’s. One thing that makes the city so special is that it throws numerous “all you can drink” (open bar) events on the 31st. These events range from packed night clubs to trendy lounges and bars. Keep in mind: not all open bar parties are created equal. While tickets to most of the events are $100+ most of them skip on the alcohol choices, have half the number of bartenders, or even water down the alcohol. This is why we have starting throwing our own party, New Years XS, to ensure Montreal for new years eve exceeds its reputation!
